JAPri Journal is an abbreviation of the Journal of Decision and Jurisprudence Analysis, as a journal that specializes in the study of decisions and jurisprudence. As is known, in Indonesia there is no clear distinction between decisions and jurisprudence as a source of law. However, they can be easily distinguished by considering decisions as legal products issued by the court, whether they have not yet or have already obtained permanent legal force (Inkracht van Gewijsde). Meanwhile, Judicial Jurisprudence not only has Inkracht, but has also been adopted as a basis or foundation by subsequent judges in making rulings. Therefore, we accept contributions from interdisciplinary studies within the concentration of legal science as well as multidisciplinary studies from fields outside of law, which examine decisions issued by judicial or semi-judicial/quasi-judicial authorities. We not only involve academics but also practicing judges from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
